These open a search for Aldea Thai on each platform. You pick your dates on the other side. The condo administration takes no commission from any of them.

The condo administration does not take bookings. We keep the grounds, the pools, the staff and the rules. Your booking is with an individual owner or the manager they appoint, on whichever platform they use. The administration never asks a guest for a deposit or a booking payment. Your host may well ask you for payment, and that is normal; anyone claiming to be the condominium is not.

The three unit types.

Layouts and furnishing vary from residence to residence. Every one was finished in the same Thai style in 2008, and owners have renovated since, so each offers a different experience inside the same architecture. These are the shapes that exist in the building, so you know what to look for when you find a listing.

The Village Pool and its swim-up bar, the Mirror Pool and its walkway down to the overlook, the statuary and the tropical planting, the gym and yoga room, a 24-hour front desk, parking, and a two minute walk along the beach at Mamitas.
