This website, and the sign-in for the owner area at owners.aldeathaicondos.com. Neivor, which the administration uses for fees, statements and official documents, has its own notice.

On this public site we ask you for nothing. There is no form, no analytics and no advertising or tracking cookie on any page. Two things still happen automatically: the hosting provider keeps ordinary server logs, which include IP addresses, for security and troubleshooting; and your browser fetches two typefaces from Google Fonts, which discloses your IP address to Google. We are looking at serving the typefaces ourselves to remove that. The owner area is different: owners sign in with the email address the Administration has on file and a password they set themselves. When a sign-in or a password reset fails, the owner area records the email address that was typed, the time and the connecting IP address, so the Administration can help an owner who is locked out and can see attempts to guess passwords. Only the administrators of the owner area can see that record.

Only what a message needs: your name, the way you want to be contacted, and what you write to us. Contact forms will say so at the point of collection.

To answer you, to run the condominium’s common affairs, and to meet the obligations the condominium has under Quintana Roo condominium law.

The hosting provider and the email provider, as processors. A full processor register is being prepared. Personal data is not sold, and it is not shared with property managers, agents or any third party for their own purposes.

The site is hosted outside Mexico. Any transfer is limited to what hosting and email require.

Records of failed sign-ins and password-reset requests in the owner area are deleted after 30 days. A full retention schedule is being prepared with counsel. Messages will be kept only as long as the matter they concern.

This public site collects no personal data from visitors. In the owner area, an owner can ask the Administration to see, correct or delete what is held about them, including the sign-in record described above, by writing to info@aldeathaicondos.com. This notice will be updated before any new kind of data is collected.

Any change to this notice will be published on this page with its date.
